Tooling & Fixtures from Neuteq Group

Neuteq Group designs and manufactures bespoke jigs, fixtures and tooling that hold, locate and support components accurately during machining, assembly, inspection and test. Good tooling is the foundation of repeatable quality — it removes variation, reduces set-up time and protects both the part and the operator.

From a simple drilling jig to a multi-part assembly fixture or a complex test rig, our tooling is engineered to your drawings or developed from your requirements. We manufacture in-house using precision machining, welding and fabrication, with full dimensional verification before delivery.

Because we also build automation and assembly cells, our tooling is designed to integrate seamlessly — with robots, vision systems, laser markers and test equipment — rather than being a standalone afterthought.

Can you build tooling to our existing drawings?
Yes. We routinely manufacture jigs, fixtures and components directly to customer drawings, with full dimensional verification before delivery. Send us your drawings and requirements for a quote.
Do you design tooling from scratch?
Yes. If you have a requirement but no drawings, our engineers will design the tooling in 3D, review it with you, then manufacture and verify it — a complete design-and-build service.
What materials do you work with?
Mild and stainless steel, aluminium, tool steels, engineering plastics and more — selected to suit the part, the process and the production volume. We can advise on the most appropriate material during design.
Can the tooling integrate with our automation?
Absolutely. Because we also build robotic and assembly cells, our tooling is designed from the outset to work with robots, vision systems and test equipment, not just as a standalone item.
