Overview

Robotic Systems from Neuteq Group

Neuteq Group designs, builds and commissions bespoke robotic cells that automate repetitive, hazardous or high-precision tasks. Every cell is engineered around your specific application, your parts and your throughput — never an off-the-shelf robot dropped onto your line.

From simple pick-and-place operations to complex multi-axis assembly with integrated quality checks, our robotic systems reduce cycle times, improve consistency and remove operators from unsafe or ergonomically poor tasks. We integrate six-axis industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots) and SCARA systems from leading manufacturers.

Each cell is delivered with safety interlocks, light curtains and CE compliance, plus vision systems and test equipment that verify every operation — so quality is built into the process rather than inspected in afterwards.

Capabilities

What Our Robotic Systems Deliver

Automated Assembly Cells

Multi-station cells that assemble, fasten and test components with consistent cycle times.

Pick & Place Systems

High-speed part transfer between operations, feeding presses, machine tools and conveyors.

Collaborative Robots (Cobots)

Safe, fence-free cobots that work alongside operators for flexible low-volume automation.

Multi-Axis Handling

Six-axis robots for complex part manipulation, machine tending and palletising.

Vision & Test Integration

In-line inspection and torque, leak and function testing built into every cycle.

Why It Matters

The Benefits to Your Operation

Consistent cycle times and repeatable quality, shift after shift
Reduced operator exposure to hazardous or repetitive tasks
Flexible cells that adapt to product changeovers and new variants
Lower cost per part through higher uptime and reduced scrap

How We Work

Our Robotic Systems Process

1

Application Study

We analyse the task, cycle time, payload, reach and safety requirements to define the right robot.

2

Cell Design

End-of-arm tooling, fixtures, safety guarding and integration points are fully designed in 3D.

3

Build & Off-Line Test

The cell is assembled and dry-run tested at our facility before it reaches your floor.

4

Installation & Commissioning

On-site installation, safety validation and production ramp-up support.

5

Training & Support

Operator and maintenance training plus ongoing remote and on-site support.

Questions

Robotic Systems FAQs

What types of robots do you integrate?
We integrate six-axis industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots), SCARA and delta robots from manufacturers including ABB, KUKA, FANUC, Universal Robots and Yaskawa, selected to suit your payload, reach and speed requirements.
Can robotic cells work safely alongside operators?
Yes. Collaborative robots with power-and-force limiting can operate without physical guarding. For higher-speed industrial robots we install light curtains, safety scanners and interlocked guarding to full CE standards.
How long does a robotic cell take to build?
Typical lead times range from 12 to 24 weeks depending on complexity, after the design is signed off. We dry-run test every cell off-line at our Tamworth facility to minimise on-site installation time.
Do you integrate vision and test systems?
Yes. Most cells include in-line vision inspection, torque monitoring, leak testing or functional testing so every cycle is verified — quality is built into the process, not inspected in afterwards.
